Crescent joined our team as a Paralegal in 2016. Crescent works in our Plaintiff Bodily Injury Group and plays a crucial role in the organization and management of our clients’ files and is involved in every phase of the litigation process.

Crescent’s primary duties include liaising with clients, strategizing with team members, reviewing and summarizing medical treatment records, reports and other evidence, co-ordinating expert assessments, conducting collateral witness interviews, preparing files for Examinations for Discovery and trial preparation. Crescent helps to guide each of our client’s through their claim, ensuring that their claim moves forward in a timely manner, while taking all necessary steps in order to reach the best possible outcome.

Crescent has worked in plaintiff bodily injury for over 25 years. She loves that her job gives her the opportunity to help injured people navigate the legal system and support them throughout their recovery. What makes her an exceptional Paralegal is her compassionate, hardworking nature—it gives her the ability to connect with clients and lead them through what are often difficult and challenging times.

Outside of work, Crescent runs between her two daughters’ soccer practices and games. She coached their teams when they were younger, and now she’s their biggest supporter in the stands. On the weekends, her whole family likes to hike surrounding trails, or go canoeing at nearby lakes.
