WTinjury’s response to COVID-19

To the extent you want to know anything specific as it relates to your business with WT we would be pleased to share/discuss anytime, but rest assured we are fully operational and prepared from a remote perspective to continue servicing you and your legal needs. We significantly upgraded our remote IT servers to accommodate greater need for remote client servicing/connectivity. We have, as of today, 60% of our staff working remotely and anticipate moving more to home offices later this week. We have a fully operational office as permitted by Health Canada. The situation is certainly fluid, but we have an excellent emergency management team monitoring and adapting as needed.

All emergency client calls/email will be answered same day like they always have been.  New retainers will be triaged just like they were before. This is obviously not a business as usual time for anyone, but we have been preparing for this and are equipped to maintain required service levels.

We wish you all safety and health, and look forward to a time in the near future when we can all get back to business as usual.
